Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates for niche technology/AI platforms, example ETL, Power BI, Tableau etc.
Screening and shortlisting most suitable candidates matching with the job requirements.
Interview candidates through a structured methodology to assess technical and behavioral competencies
Coordinate and organize telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the technical team leads
Offering job positions and onboarding new hires
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application assessment status
Engage with passive candidates to build a repository of potential candidates
MI & Reporting: Provide data & weekly update on hiring to the internal stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with professional qualification in Computer Science /B. Tech/BS in a Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
